Maré Lawyers Pty Ltd T/A Workwise Advisory Services operates as an Incorporated Legal Practice under the Legal Profession Act 2008.

Workwise has a comprehensive suite of products and services which clients can access to keep themselves well-informed and compliant in all matters regarding staffing and industrial relations.

Your use of Workwise’s services is conditional upon your prior acceptance of these Terms of Use. Workwise reserves the right to update the Terms of Use at any time without notice to you. WORKWISE SERVICES

Through its website, Workwise provides you with access to a variety of resources, content, forms and product information. The website and Workwise services are protected by the laws relating to Intellectual Property.

LIMITATION OF USE OF WORKWISE SERVICES

Workwise services are made available for members for use in the ordinary course of their business. Members are authorised to use the documents provided by Workwise for the following purposes:

You may not distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content, information, products or services obtained from Workwise Services. Any exporting capabilities are solely an accommodation to you and shall not constitute a grant or waiver (or other limitation or implication) of any rights of the copyright owners in any of Workwise Services.

You acknowledge and agree that the services provided by Workwise are intended to be used by professionals and their staff in the course of their business and are not consumer products or services or goods or services of a kind ordinary acquired for personal, domestic or household user consumption.

You should note that you may incorrectly interpret or misunderstand a question and therefore end up with a document that is wrong or won’t work. The legal, commercial and taxation effect of a document can vary based on your personal situation.

Only you know the purpose for which you intend to use a document you build; Workwise is not responsible for your choice of document. If in doubt, consult a solicitor and seek Legal Advice on the document’s suitability.

NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE

As a condition of your use of Workwise services, you will not use Workwise services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any services, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any Workwise server or to any of Workwise services, through hacking, password mining or any other means.

You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through Workwise services.

MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Workwise will not be liable for any loss that you may incur, as a result of someone else using your password or account – either with or without your knowledge.

However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by Workwise or another party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else’s account at any time, without the permission of the account holder.

You further agree to maintain and update your Registration Data as required to keep it accurate, current, and complete. Workwise may terminate your rights to any or all of Workwise Services if any information you provide is false, inaccurate or incomplete. You agree that Workwise may store and use the Registration Data you provide (including payment card information) for use in maintaining your accounts and for billing fees to your payment card.
