Discussions surrounding a Model Term dealing with Family and Domestic Violence leave have resulted in a draft suggested clause for addition to federal modern awards.  The model clause is likely to apply to all employees, including casuals in workplaces where a federal modern award is applicable.  Stay tuned for further information regarding the model term.
