Bridget Green, Director
The founder of Workwise in 2000, Bridget brings more than 25 years of workplace experience to the region, including 12 years working as a Senior Inspector with the State Government.
As a registered industrial agent, accredited mediator and qualified investigator, Bridget provides members with customised training and advice, dispute resolution, representation and advocacy.
Bridget is passionate about making a difference through her work. When she’s not at the office or visiting clients, Bridget loves to travel. Nepal and Tibet are on her bucket list.
Rob Littlewood, Risk Manager
Rob brings wide-ranging experience to Workwise – from expertise in customised training, seminar presentations, business facilitation, strategic planning to operational policy, unfair dismissals and contract and enterprise agreement formulation.
Rob loves communicating and speaking at conferences and events on behalf of clients and interest groups. He is an active member of the Industrial Relations Society of WA and Vice President of the Bunbury Business Club. He is an accomplished vocalist, and the current Chairperson of the South West Opera Company.
Sieg Mare, Industrial Practitioner
Sieg brings 21 years of experience in the legal profession to Workwise. He is responsible for representing our clients in the State/Federal Commissions and Industrial Magistrate Court. Sieg is a member of the law societies of New South Wales, Western Australia and South Africa. He is also a member of the Industrial Relations Society of Western Australia. Sieg loves the outdoors, and when he’s not at work, can be found kayaking and fishing.
Karina Donohoe, Executive Recruitment & Outplacement Services
Karina brings 20 years of recruitment and human resources management expertise to Workwise. She assists clients with recruitment, facilitates customised training & workshops, provides HR support and advice on management practices, outplacement and career coaching. Karina is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and a Corporate Member of the Recruitment & Consulting Services Association of Australia. Karina is most satisfied when she sees her clients and their staff succeed. She has a passion for learning, and is happiest with both a garden and a good book at her fingertips.
Kathy Kappler, Client Liaison
Kathy is Workwise’s membership maestro, managing membership queries and scheduling visits for the team. She started with Workwise in January 2007, and has been integral to client relationship supports services since.
Kathy loves yoga, camping and reading, but family are her number one priority.
Latishia (Tish) Lewsley, Accounts & Administration
Tish is the newest member of the Workwise team and is our go-to person for all things financial. If you need an invoice or want to pay an account, then Tish is the person you need to speak to. When Tish is not behind a computer in the office, you will find her at the beach spending time with her niece and nephew.
