The founder of Workwise in 2000, Bridget brings more than 30 years of workplace experience to the region, including as Regional Senior Inspector with the State Government. As a Licensed Registered industrial Agent, accredited Mediator and qualified Workplace Investigator, Bridget provides members with customised training and advice, Dispute resolution, Workplace Investigations, Representation and Advocacy.
Bridget is passionate about making a difference through her work. When she’s not at the office or visiting clients, Bridget loves to travel.

Kathy Kappler, Client Liaison
Kathy is Workwise’s membership maestro, managing membership queries and scheduling visits for the team. Kathy is an integral to client relationship supports services and continues to make all members new and old feel special. She always provides a smile and a chat to assist our members when they call the office. As a member of the team she is always bright and cheerful. Kathy loves yoga, camping and reading, but family are her number one priority.
Latishia (Tish) Lewsley, Accounts & Administration
Tish is Workwise’s Accounts Officer and is our go-to person for all things financial, and always willing to assist. If you need an invoice or want to pay an account, then Tish is the person you need to speak to. Tish will always assist our members with options and choices.
When Tish is not behind a computer in the office, you will find her at the beach spending time with her niece and nephew.
